There are various types of motivation for example recognition rewards among others. therefore the main aim of motivation is enhancing a company’s productivity through enhancing employee retention and job satisfaction. The study will focus on the banking industry using Myanmar Apex Bank as the bank in question. In Myanmar the banking industry is the fastest developing sector among all the other sectors. The main aim of this research study is to explore the motivation factors which affect job satisfaction and employees retention at the bank.
