What are your views on the pros and cons of this Agreement? Lot of discussion was dealing with the documents like ACTA, PIPO, and SOPA. We can found a lot of of negative comments and attitudes, strong arguments against such documents around the world. But there is still question of prevention of cybercrime, secure web, publishing of sensitive content etc. There is no panacea to solve mentioned issues. What is Your opinion? What do we have to do to make things better? Do You have any concrete proposal?
