The living organism can’t function well without enzymes. Just like natural catalysts enzymes speed up the metabolic response in the living body and lowers the quantity of energy required for occupancy of these reactions. The primary objective of this laboratory experiment is to examine the effect of the concentration of enzyme temperature the quantity of substrate and the inhibitor of enzyme activities. The first experiment test investigates the relationship between the enzyme reaction and the substrate concentration. An increase in enzyme reaction witnessed when the substrate concentration upsurges. The second experiment examined the relationship between enzyme reaction and temperature. Whenever the temperature surrounding the enzyme is amplified it results in a significant increase in the rate of reaction. Similarly to emerge at the top of the surface. Conclusion In conclusion the experimental findings supported my hypothesis that a variation in the concentration of substrate enzyme concentration temperature and inhibitor significantly impacts the enzyme reactions. In summary an increase in the amount of substrate temperature and the number of enzymes significantly foster the enzyme activities in human cells while the presence of inhibitors dramatically lowers the metabolic reaction in the body.
