Thesis Speaker and Author A Girl's Story Analysis

In the article "A Girl's Story," the speaker is the author. This is because as the story begins, the speaker talks about drinking and how he mixed the drinks. Additionally, it is seen that the speaker reveals himself as the author in the "A Girl's Story" because he uses first person singular in communicating with the readers. In most cases when the authors fail to find adequate characters of their stories, they will present themselves in the story as the speakers by assuming the roles of the characters which is also evident in the "A Girl's Story. " At the start of the story, the author talks of failing to find the characters of the story, therefore he goes ahead to present himself as the persona by discussing the issues which are experienced in relationship.
