Such measures have been received differently by different individuals based on the context in which they are applied. Since the youths have been the most active generation and the most vulnerable of the disease, different educational institutions have developed policies such as installment of condom dispensers in their restrooms so as a control measure of the infection within the institutions. This aspect has led to the development of great debate on the effectiveness of the policy where different parties have divided arguments on the case. Generally, the institutions' policy of installing condom dispensers in student's restrooms is a great milestone in the control of the epidemic and therefore, it should be upheld. The decision intensifies students' awareness about the virus. This aspect will motivate the students to always use condoms without fear since no one would victimize them a case which is common when the students are required to buy them in drug stores.
