The corporate social responsibility calling for instance performance appraisals and employee duty at work is kept up to date. The auditing also shapes the employee behavior and code of conduct at the workplace, therefore, reducing conflicts that may exist through misunderstanding of one’s role at work. Auditing is also done to help protect product and service consumers from exploitation by scrupulous firms and people in the business. Firms help effect failure of the employee to register unethical behavior through the use of set guidelines called business values. The set rules by independent businesses help discourage unethicality for instance corruption among other vices in the industry. For instance, in the year 2017, the world was hit by a ransomware in which businesses lost millions of dollars sending money to the hackers who distributed the ransomware.

Financial institutions, scholars and governments have not been able to come up with a technology or strategy that can control the use of cryptocurrency (Heron, 2016). This has forced some governments, jurisdictions and businesses to ban the use of cryptocurrency while other businesses and organizations have found cryptocurrency as their best payment method. There is controversy since some people will want the governments not to ban the use of cryptocurrency. Banks and financial institutions are also fear the trade of cryptocurrency because some people belive it is a scam. The most important thing of all is to come up with a way of monitoring the business that goes on online and one which its influence over rates is determined by the natural forces of demand and supply.
