It highlights on some of the organisations likely to be affected if this initiative was to be enacted. This initiative is based on the fulfilment of the promises president Donald made to American people ones he assumed power. President Trump had promised to reduce significantly the expenses incurred using taxpayer revenue on non-governmental organisations. The article summates that the total amount to be reduced would amount to a third of the entire tax collected.
