The metrics that are below the authorized benchmarks in the healthcare organization comprise of the system’s productivity, worker satisfaction, and patient satisfaction, as well as the cost variance (Looi, Greatbanks, & Everett, 2016). The set benchmarks in meeting the project’s objective are associated with some weaknesses like poor utilization of the resources and failure of the completion of the project tasks in the stipulated period. The local health care policies that set these benchmarks are client satisfaction and patient education. There is also the policy related with the provision of quality health care to clients. In accomplishing the prescribed benchmarks some challenges can be posed for the organization such as the utilization of increased resources and inability to comply with the set standards.

It will be possible to perform the organizational processes and procedures at ease because of effective communication among the staff members. It might also be a challenge for the interprofessional team to conduct the organizational procedures because of the skills required in the new system. The specific challenges might be leading to benchmark underperformance and make the time taken in the achievement of the set objectives to be longer. Besides, the organization is likely to incur higher costs than the expectation; hence, changes in its budgetary requirements. Besides, the interprofessional team might get confused while trying to meet the overall quality and performance of the new system. The group of stakeholders that needs to be directed is the one comprising of the organizational shareholders, clients, the local community members, and workers or the interprofessional team.
