Emotional Intelligence in a Team
Teamwork is mostly influenced by emotions from all the members of the team. Not even a single person can make an organization prosper without involving others; therefore, emotion control is important to the organization's teams. The emotions are triggered by the social background of individuals; therefore, each person should be keen on the cultural and social backgrounds they come from. Prof. Vanessa argues that in a team, one is likely to get emotion trigger since social teams are the emotion incubators. These include good attachment between members of the group, increase collaboration between members, and willingness to listen and contribute positively by giving best ideas in the group. In conclusion, emotion influence is dynamic in a team. At one point you may find that, members react negatively and at other times they may react positively to emotional changes between members.
