Whenever this kind of stress hits me, I try to deal with it by running around my home in the morning or in the evening. When I run it assists me because when I finish running, I feel rejuvenated and fresh. Running assists me to cope with this stress. Through such exercise within nature, my muscles get relaxed, and this makes me feel new again. According to Bond (2013), there are several ways of reducing or coping with stress and feelings of stress in one’s life. When the stress levels get high, one can take advantage of nature to reduce the stress levels. Studies carried in the US have realised that workers who have nature views such as flowers and trees in their workplace, experience less stress and their job satisfaction is higher.
