It looks at the negligence of the American hospital and focuses more on one particular case of Gilbert Kwok and his deceased wife, Amy Lam. Amy, who was pregnant and gave birth at home because the pregnancy was a little bit earlier than expected was taken to the Harlem Hospital Center after she was gotten from home by emergency responders. Her husband believed that Amy would be fine after she was taken to the facility but to his amazement, she died from bleeding to death after a number of surgical procedures were conducted on her.
