Market strategy: Milton’s Fitness Center,LLC marketing will be done to all ten thousand university students through flyers and through word of mouth. The company website and Facebook will as well be used to market to desired clients. Competition: Within the university, there is no competition for gym training services that might pose a big threat to MFC,LLC, hence the company will develop well. Management: Ethan Moran, the managing Director and owner will be the head of the company. The fitness center is meant for student hence it shall be run by students, the company shall begin by recruiting two trainers among the students. MFC forecasting further show that, by the third month into operation the company will have made a return on its investment.
