According to William Cronon in his journal on ‘Revisiting the Vanishing Frontier,' he notes that Fredrick Turner in his books and articles wrote about the frontier thesis, where he did a study about land being in existence, recession being experienced and how the Americans settled on the west (Cronon, William). The frontier thesis is simple and can make the American history to be known, and it supplies a rhetorical connection between the facts which then provides a broader sense of order and unity and thus maintaining the narrative strength. Therefore, the most useful element in Turner’s frontier is the explanation of histories from other parts of the world combined and studied and enabling the development of other communities.
