According to various researchers by different people it is clearly evident that there is a lot of inequalities in treatment of minority groups. This therefore represents a form of discrimination whereby the minorities are denied justice in the court of law. This leads to the violation of the principle of equality which requires equal treatment for all people. Inequality in the US criminal justice system is mainly based on race ethnicity and sexism whereby the black-Americans are the minorities hence they are treated differently from the whites (Walker et al. 2012 p.47). The racial apartheid in the US leads to a lot of suffering among the black Americans through various injustices. This paper therefore focuses on addressing the various inequalities of minority blacks inequalities among the minorities (Burch 2015 p.395). In conclusion inequalities of minorities are highly rampant in the US Criminal Justice System. The systems usually discriminate and treat the minorities differently in the courts of law hence leading to violation of the principle of equality which guarantees every citizen equal treatment. Therefore the United States government should put in place appropriate laws and legislation to ensure equality in the criminal justice system. Work Cited.
