Culture and Conflict Case Study

Multiple people have different types of culture which differentiate them from one another. Culture defines multiple factors in the life of an individual. Human beings are faced with various issues in the course of their lives. One of these issues is conflict. Conflict is the disagreement that occurs between several people. The company had individuals who belonged to the Native American culture. Therefore, these individuals felt that they were the best choice for the activity. As a result, this issue led to conflict between various cultures within the company as individuals who belonged to the Native Americans wanted one of their own to be sent to carry out the activity. The presence of this conflict might undermine the harmony within the company.
