Criminal Law Discussion

John Doe sees a home (#6820 Trexler Road) with an open garage and decides to enter the home to steal any money he can find. He walks into the open garage and then opens the door from the garage to the home and enters. He looks around the house and although he sees a television and stereo equipment, he doesn’t see any money and so leaves the residence without taking anything. He goes next door to #6822 Trexler Road and sees a front window slightly cracked. He looks in the window and sees some money sitting on a coffee table next to the window. He pushes up the window and then reaches inside and grabs the money off of the coffee table. He then goes next door to #6824 Trexler Road and sees a back window open and decides he will see if there is any money inside. He climbs through the open window and goes inside and although he sees a television and some stereo equipment doesn’t see any cash. He exits through the same window he entered without taking anything.
