Document Preview:

Religious Oppression Student’s name Institution’s name Religious oppression Religious oppression has for so long been a major phenomenon in the eyes of every society. There are always several religious factors that conflict with the general life of human beings. Human beings have however been very instrumental in trying to maintain religion and also keep in line with their lives. Science has been at the fore front in questioning religion ever since the formation of the world. This has taken form of belief in existence of supernatural beings theories of origin and some medical practices such as stem cell research. This paper attempts to the history of religious oppression the current views and personal opinions in respect to the field. According to Plantinga (2011) in the sense that religion differs with science it is possible to identify and relate the cause to science. Science have for so long tried to so much a part of life such that anyone who never changes is not fit for growth. It is therefore important for religion to put off some of the old convectional practices that do not pay respect to the current change trends in the society. The religion experts ought to rationalize the critical importance of the practices they engage in and be accommodative of current trends that may provide the basis for better results.
