The Al Qaeda and ISIS are the most feared groups that have caused a lot of pain and harm to citizens of countries they see as a threat to their existence. The United States and the United Kingdom have been their foremost focus. However, the two countries have stepped up war on terrorism and are putting up measures to ensure that their nations are secure as well as the safety of other nations across the globe. The fight against terrorism has been and continues to bear fruits even though there are challenges also associated with the activity. To ascertain the impact of war on terrorism, looking at two examples that have happened recently in the United States that have brought another shape in the way of tackling the war on terrorism as discussed in the paper.

The indication on this prompted the government to curb its external advent or fronts and first deal with the internal situation. It means that the government will focus more on its internal security other than the security in the global world. It’s a big blow since the efforts applied to mitigate the spread of terrorist activities in other parts of the world will have a shifted focus. However, it will also mean that the government concentrates first in consolidating it background and ensure the region is safe as an easy way of targeting the terrorist activities. The war on terrorism also has been shifted back to immigration in accordance with what happened from that incidence. As the American authorities always quote, “Americans do not negotiate with terrorist,” it was correct to handle such a person in that manner to avoid a continued spell of injuries and deaths through his actions.

A terrorist is just a terrorist no matter his or her originality and the law should always take equality when advanced. Although the student's originality was from Somalia, he was an American citizen and thus cannot get equated as a foreigner.
