Viruses are naturally known to submit various cargoes in cell and tissues. This makes the virus important in medical platform. However, the viral nanoparticles have self asseblance and have genetically encoding in to their shapes and structures. In order to get the cancer treatment it calls for more research and studies to be conducted. This essay expound thesis describing approaches to construct a virus based nanoreactor through encapsulation of enzymes that are found in cowpea chlorotic mottle virus (CCMV) that benefit from unique assembly characteristic of the virus. Its structure is determined by the inner bonding of the inner structures such as nucleic acid and coat protein. However, in changing the PH and ionic composition of the medium solution can lead to assemble and disassembling of the virus which can lead to formation of subunits.
