Looking into the Mirror Reflection Essay

All the more, the course has provided knowledge in the area of learning and particularly shaped the way I analyze and view different phenomena in the business world. I have a liking for challenging situations and particularly obsess with situations that provide mental challenges. I find these mentally enriching and captivating. This is how I would describe the process of learning different aspects of finance and economics throughout the course. The content in the course and the individual classes was particularly challenging and mentally engaging. This taught me how to work with a schedule, and I learnt aspects of time management that are not only important for my current life; but will be useful in career life as well. In the course and time at the business school, I have learnt and mastered a number of skills that I am sure to incorporate into my life and career.

Through the various modules and interactions in the course, I have gained intrapersonal skills that will be very essential in the building of my career and life. Respect for others, the ability to collaborate on projects and the overall success at being able to communicate with peers, those above one in rank and below; all help toward creating a professional individual from me. I particularly had a special liking to the simulation programs and modules that allowed one to envision their ideal businesses and prepare various aspects of the business. First off, through the course, I have been able to make new friends both at the institution and out of it. By ties of having interest in business, I believe I have gained acquaintances that will be important in future collaborations at business as well as in the career field.
