The respondents were accused of Breach of s 182 duty to avoid conflicts of interest and Breach of s 191 duty to disclose material personal interests in the sale of the respondents share in FTI. The judgment on the case was made on 18th of February 2014 (Forty Two International Pty Limited v Barnes 2014).
