Its board has more than fourteen directors. Despite the large size the board still operates and runs the organization effectively due to their process-oriented boardroom culture. In other organizations boardroom meetings experience a lot of friction among members but at TINE group board meetings run smoothly and all members cooperate. They also get chance to contribute their opinions leading to better decisions. The board members are united and work effectively. Analysis The organization of the board members determines the contribution every member makes. The contribution from every person is important and should be considered before a decision is made because one idea can bring a different perspective making. It requires patience from all the board members for them to allow every person to make their contribution. It also requires a lot of tolerance for all members to discuss the ideas on the table and agree on a few or just one out of many.
