When people understand what they are working towards they tend to be more productive than when they do not. Transformational leadership focuses on forging a uniform mission and guiding others towards it. Transformational leadership requires one to make sure that others understand the vision by meaningfully communicating it and at the same time making sure it is received well and appreciated. Transformational leadership is about creating the image of a future you want and guiding others to see it as you have created it (Abdulaziz 285). Collaborative Leadership Collaborative leadership requires one to cooperate with other stakeholders to bring out success in a healthcare setting. Collaborative leadership needs They work better in a group and working alone does not motivate them. A Respiratory Care manager working with a workforce from each generation may find it challenging to communicate strategies that will favor all three generations. Diversity in an organization can also be a significant challenge when communicating with Respiratory Care professionals. It can become an obstacle when communicating the objectives or strategic plans since the members of the workforce may differ with it considering their cultural takes (Shaban 76-84).
