Observational View Jump number from which item is scored. Stance Width When the peers lands with a wide or narrow stance then he/she receives an error. This error is only scored if the stance is observed to be very wide or very narrow all jumps. Jumping Mechanics Score excellent (0) when the peers display a soft jumping mechanism and no frontal-plane motion on the knee. Score poor (+2) when the peers display a stiff jumping mechanism and large frontal-plane motion on the knee or only large frontal plane motion on the knee. All other jumping mechanisms score average (+1) N/A Watch for during all jumps. [...]
Order Description:
Procedure: Peer stands on a 30-cm (12-inch) box. Measure peer’s height and draw a target line on the floor at a distance that is half the peer’s height. Instruct peers to jump forward from the box with both feet ensuring they land with both feet after the target line. The second the peer lands past the target line, they are to jump-up immediately without pause. Maximizing vertical jump and landing back down (Clark et al., 2010). • Stance width • Foot rotational position • Knee valgus • Knee varus • Arm symmetry • Initial foot contact • Knee flexion • Hip flexion • Landing mechanics • Jumping mechanics □ Within document • indicate student names and numbers (Title page) • Peer in video • Anatomical view(s) • Appraiser’s • Kinematic observations Please watch all of these videos and follow the assignment. youtu.be youtu.be youtu.be youtu.be https://youtu.be/WWlNKJ20J-k
