John Zoltan, the primary objective of the firm is to move from the electromagnetic assembly that was practiced in the past to the modern advanced electronics. The hexadecimal company uses trades marks from Kodak and has licenses known as Organic light-emitting diodes (OLED). From the case, the company has one head managers and other managers at different levels. The manager of hexadecimal Mr. Zoltan makes the final decision like he did when he selected the professor that impressed him in the executive seminar in the university to an O. The ethical issues faced by the organization is the issue having a relationship with employees, the manager Mr. Zoltan was only available to meet with Kay a member of the team who was a female and they even went to have coffee together in the office.

The other member who were men wanted to meet with him, but he was unavailable for two weeks. The behavior of having a relationship with a colleague is an ethical and more unethical if the connection is more prioritized than the duties the employees are supposed to do. For the organization to improve, they should first ensure that the staff can work with less supervision, because the behavior of the people in the group was profoundly influenced by the manager's absence. should also familiarize with the organization culture and involve the employees of the firm in the plan. If I were the practitioner in the situation of the hexadecimal company I would have developed a good practitioner-client relationship with every member of the team.
