For the option you will need to select ONE character from six degrees of separation. You will then need to do THREE chief things. 1) make a list of all of the adjective or short phases that refer to your character that you can find in the play — these should mostly be things that are said about your character, but they might also be things that the character says about themselves. (1page). 2) write a short autobiography for your character that might include the answer to questions like where you were born, where you went to school, favorite color, etc. The autobiography will largely be made up but should be supported by the content of the play. (1page). 3) The third thing you will need to do is to determine your character's super–objective or the thing that your character wants most in the world that is evident in the play. You should be able to determine this by rereading the play from the perspective of the character you have selected. You should phrase this super objective in the following form " to——"( for example "to rule the world " or "to find love and happiness"). You must then writes few paragraphs defending your decision citing specific examples from the play itself that justify why you chose the super objective you did. (1 page).
