The technological advancements have facilitated a better understanding of computer network attacks their complexity and even the potential mechanisms of combating the issues. Today for every computer produced manufacturers have to make sure it is connected to a computing network since they are highly vulnerable to network attacks. A network attack only means that there is an exploitation defect in computing systems (software programs user system and operating system). In cases when a device gets infected with worms significant vendors arise. There should be the establishment of security agencies for instance the European Network and Information Security Agency to efficiently deal with such issues in case they arise.
