Collaboration and communication in a company
There was good communication and every member was determined to bring their skills to enhance creativity and innovation in the company (Burbank, 500). Through collaboration, the group came up with six new brands of foods and beverages which the customers enjoyed consuming. The collaboration led to a reduction in the amount of time required to complete different tasks allocated to the group. Some key aspects of good collaboration include clarity of the purpose, a commitment by individuals, communication, supportive leadership and member freedom to explore among others. The aspects ensure that a group moves towards the achievement of its objectives. From the topic, I learned that some people may not fit in a group because their learning styles and intelligence levels make them feel better and effective when working alone.
