The design should also give an intractable graphical user interface (GUI) that is user-friendly and clearly highlight the functionalities of each module. Program narratives for each program (or major database function/query) A program narrative for the systems under development gives a fully detailed information about the system, stating the goals and the objectives together with the hypothesis or the research questions. The goals of the system give the vision of the overall contribution of the system. Phases and methods that will be used to achieve the goals and objectives of the system are also listed. Databases are the collection of related attributes of data entities that are stored in schemes and table for easy review and retrieval (Wang, et al, 103.

In the program narrative, these case is well explained stating the best database tool that can be used or is compatible with the developed system. The major functionalities of the system databases are storing and retrieving information. Program Flowcharts as follows: System flowchart for each program (query) The system flowchart is a visual diagram that represents the physical model of the developed system in graphical form. It visualizes the program, its procedures, files, reports, screens etc. The flowchart of the system gives the summarized system flow of activities and information. For every single program select one of the following techniques (demonstrate a different technique for each program): Detailed program flowcharts The detailed program flowcharts are the advancement of the described flowchart above.

From our prototype: Start Here at the start, is the launching of the system. In the start module, the system initializes all the components before launching the main system window. In case the system encounters problems during the initialization time, it pops up an error message. Student, Staff, Admin On this part of the system module, the interaction with the database begins. Pseudo codes have rules that must be obeyed for them to work efficiently. From the case study we have, the pseudo code can be represented with nested if statement. If the condition is not met, an error message is outputted. Decision Tree In this type effective structures are laid and one can get valuable answers on the best way to follow while making the desired system.
