I have not experienced any eating disorders since my eating habits are not bad at all since I rarely eat fast food especially during normal schooling schedule. However, I sometimes take fast especially during my final exams due to the limited time I usually have for studying. My weight has not been a problem nor my height since my weight is 165 pounds and I am 5’9 tall based on the height and weight chart. Eating disorders are common problems that most people are concerned with especially regarding food. Nonetheless, the most important aspect of having healthy body is setting goals and adhering to them Physical Exercise My most important goal in life is to ensure I live for a long period of time and also have a fruitful life.

I rarely do aerobic exercise and so intend to be taking an hour each day in order to burn the calories to the levels that are satisfactory. I will be doing the aerobic exercise by alternating the high impact exercises with the low impact exercises the whole week. I wish to keep my plan easy and fun to follow while also ensuring that it motivates. Thus, I will not feel like abandoning it rather I will focus on it and ensure my productivity life improves. Maintaining certain eating habits now days is a bit hard, and since I have had no problems with eating habits I intend to continue with it. I have realized sleeping and studying are equally important and therefore I intend to have a student schedule which will assist me in having the right amount of sleep, study while I also carry out other activities, (Luong et al 2017).

A lot of people think that it is beneficial to do a lot of work at night since it is usually peaceful, but they fail to understand lacking sleep can lead to health deterioration. I intend to have an elaborate plan how I will carry out the schedule, by first setting up to eight hours of sleep every day since the recommended sleep time for adults stands at seven hours. I intend to ensure the time I get to bed is early enough since sleeping during the day sometimes cannot compensate for the time at night since day time mostly has many interruptions. I also intend to change on what I eat especially by not eating heavily; I do not take alcohol a lot so I can manage that since nicotine and caffeine are associated with causing disruptions later in the night.
