According to Smman and Bowler (2015), a contracting process is an essential factor within any agreement as it sets the path for how the client should interact with each other by setting the necessary boundaries that needed to be followed or worked against. Therefore, considerations that the consultant ought to consider include the condition of the client, their needs and wants, and also the expected outcome from the client at the end of the relationship that they share. When it comes to the ethical point and importance of the contracting process, one can argue that there are a number of approaches that can be taken as an aspect that should be governed. As, such, talking of the contracting process, one has to look at the future outcome and implications of the contract.
