The possibility of conflict in a project is usually at a higher rate because a project comprises of people of different backgrounds and personalities as well as the stress of completing a complex task within stipulated time frame. There are a number of causes that lead to conflict in a team project for instance; personalities values attitudes needs expectations perception and resources. Ideally stress at work place and poor grooming both on the side of the management and the workers are the highest contributors to conflict. Moreover proper skill in the management of conflict is of great help to managers and other members of the project in effectively handling the conflict which conflict resolution methods such as collaboration and it highlights collaboration to a situation where conflict is likely to be more and the opposing sides of the conflict are not necessarily rooted to the cause of conflict. In this situation it is best when the conflicting sides are brought together and formulate a new and better idea that would work towards getting a solution to the matter In most cases this kind of conflict does not involve personal interest but the interest of the staffs towards a policy of an organization.
