In case perpetrators of severe evils in the society decides to go into hiding then there is need to use whatever methods to get them. Those who close to him can be compelled to disclose details of where they can be possibly found or their privacy be interfered. In the situation where one has private information regarding intimate affairs then they can decide to use their partners to reveal their destination. The point here is that close associates need to be notified first before privacy information is released to the third party. This might compel them to assist trace the suspect for fear of their privacy being interfered with in the process. This way would mean that one will make reliable when their privacy is compromised.
