Why IT Projects Fail

One difference between the two projects is that the IT project uses software technologies while the construction projects are physically controlled. This is one of the reasons why it is easy to manage a construction rather than IT project. It is not possible to estimate the work done for IT projects like it would for constructions not unless with use of management software such as Trello. Secondly, failure to define the problem to be solved by the IT project can lead to wastage of time and resources when a lot of time is spent doing something that won’t help.
