Critical Appraisal Name Institutional Affiliation Thoroughness of literature review Psychological medical care is essential for combat veterans like Mr. Andrew Michael Mullins as it prevents them from falling victims of posttraumatic stress disorder. Mr. Andrew is a scholar from a poor family of six and at the time of this study he was fifty-three years old. He is a scholar who joined the United States Marine Corps after high school and was later on after training transferred to Iraqi from 2002-2012 though in a continuous shift to and fro Iraqi. Mr. Andrew was married to his better half which was a high school sweetheart when they were both twenty years of age and at fifty-three they had two kids a lady of twenty for years and a gentleman of nineteen years old. As a result of continuous shifts Mullins couldn't find adequate time to adapt to the changing environment stepped-care for intensive treatments. Through the development of checklist tables by clinicians for qualitative and quantitative study to monitor his symptoms the clinicians will help Andrew Michael to get through the traumatizing moments and bring him back to more of what he was formerly. The measure will fix his family issues and make him feel capable of making his wife comfortable and be there for her until the end of life as they used to say while they were still high school darlings. In summary Mr. Andrew needs to undergo thorough treatment to be who he was since he always believed that he would one day come on the best side of his illness. Reference Austern D.J. (2017).
