Written Assignment #2 will be an extension of Written Assignment #1. You will re-examine your goals and expectations from the first assignment and you will be required to give a 'status report' on how you have progressed to date. Things to think about for this assignment: 1. Is your workout working for you? Why or why not? Provide specific examples. 2. Is there anything about your workout that you would change? Provide examples and be specific. 3. What are you happy with in your workout and/or your progress? 4. What are you not happy with in your workout and/or your progress? Did you end up changing anything? 5. Paper must be at least 1 full page in length typed (double spaced & 12-point Calibri or Times New Roman font please) Due date is by 11:5pm December 7th. You will be penalized 5pts each day the assignment is late.
