Conflict Management Coursework

On a personal account, the worst I ever experienced with the conflict is the personality differences due to different cultures hence mistreatment of individuals considered to be outgroup. The out-group, in this case, was mainly considered to be the minority group to which I belong, and this affected my self-esteem negatively. This affected my personal being both intentionally and unintentionally given the fact that there was a culture variation regarding communication styles, values, biases in the signing of responsibilities and intimidation from other staff members.
