For instance, dominating any market and maintaining the top position steadily is always enough proof that an organization has the best communication skills and implements them wisely. Organizational communication is an interesting topic since it is among the factors that determine how successful an organization will be. It can be defined as the human process in which people come into a mutual understanding for the benefit of the organization and their own too. People working in an organization are structured in a way that for communication to take place effectively, they have all the information and skills on how to share it effectively amongst each other. For instance, Human Resource Managers provide the link between people in an organization to their employers and consumers.

Employees, when kept in the dark n develop resentful and pensive forces and use them against their employers. This poses as a factor that could contribute to the downfall of any organization. In order to build trust with the employees and consumers, the organization offers open communication. People feel satisfied whenever they are involved in any activity that contributes to the growth of an organization (Lazega, 1992). They no longer feel clueless or left out hence the success of an organization. I would apply organizational communication in my future career as a way to build the strongest and most reliable organization. The strength of my future career or organization will depend on the collaboration I will have with the colleagues or consumers.
