The result is an increase in the volume of output hence the same leadership style should be embraced. A leader should advance the need to encourage people to embrace diversity so as to manage a multicultural team to benefit from the qualities and beliefs from different orientations to enhance creativity. The need for uniformity can be attributed to the inevitability to use the same style of leadership across all EU nations. Leaders who are after uniformity in their operation and output will ensure they apply the same style of leadership across the board of different nations in asserting their authority to ensure the output is similar and is arrived at in a coherent fashion.

The facts that their culture, work life, and personal activities are not tampered with will only promote the need to work hard. Training, transfers, and teamwork should be regularly put in practice to enable individuals to learn about the culture of others without abandoning theirs and they will be motivated to perform hence an increase in productivity (Jackson, 2012). The same style of leadership has since proved to be effective should be put in place to motivate individuals for the efficient and maximum attainment of organization goals and objectives. Same leadership style also acts as a tool for promoting co-existence and relationship among different countries through encouraging individuals to learn about the diversified culture of other countries. The interaction of countries in terms business and other interrelation activities is boosted through this because leaders will even seek advice on different matters relating to leadership.
