FACTS: On March 3rd 1999 at 6:45 a.m. in the morning federal agents issued with a search warrant went to Axiom’s home in a bid to unearth evidence of child pornography. On reaching his house the federal agents were welcome by Axsom while he was dressed up in a towel. The operation was led by FBI special agent Jill Hill with other nine federal agents and employees. Axsom has his dogs which he restrained them upon being requested by the Special this but still did not deny if the agent had said the words. Another matter was whether Axsom was restrained from movement in the course of the questioning.
