One hazard in an organization is poor housekeeping. With the case of a microfinance investment organization it is involved with a lot of manual works and therefore poor housekeeping may adversely affect its operations. In this case, there is a likelihood of mixing up documents and misplacing them in their specific storage areas (Noe et al,148). Therefore, employees need to be informed of the potentially dangerous work conditions. This can be through notifying all workers through texting, phone calls, and emailing (Lundgren 98). In the case of a microfinance organization, employees could do comfortably approve thousands of credit request without reading the full details and ascertain their validity (Lundgren, 198). This hazard can be remedied by having the workers to take breaks, rests and being opportunistic.

This can be facilitated by preventing the workers from entering into arguments with their fellow workmates and keeping them busy in their duties thus preventing disruptions while working. In the view of Stewart taking breaks is a better way of regenerating an individual as it helps in releasing the pent-up stress thereby making a person become more productive. Forklifting might have an effect on the organization's operations. In order to minimize this risk associated with this hazard, there is a need to adopt proper practices and procedures so as to safeguard workers from being adversely affected (Spurgeon, 366). In addition, there is need to every employee to ensure that they aware of, understand and are able to follow all the necessary provisions in the energy control procedures.
