I think the different belief about Jihad has led to the division of many Islamic groups. Al- Qaeda has turned Jihad into terrorism where murders and bombings are justified because there is the religious backup from the Quran. Terrorism continues to depict that all Muslims are terrorists who in turn affect the relationship of both the Islamic groups. It is conflicting as the terrorists give proof to justify the actions while the non-terrorists condemn it claiming that violence cannot be justified and it is a criminal offense.
