Evaluation of public strategic planning models for Turkish Universities

The research adopted models to elaborate on the methodology used in evaluating the strategic plans of the Turkish universities. DPT model This model gives in priority order of the major disciplines of in ensuring the success of strategic formulation of the Turkish universities. This involves budget formulation, accountability of the resources and controlling the enterprises as required. The provision of services has to be done in a particular manner that ensures that the service delivery is well planned and purports to achieve a particular goal. The scope of the model shows compliance to the Turkish laws and regulations generalized for all the universities across the country. Despite the presence of feedback, the evaluation is not sufficient since most of the specific information is disregarded.
