The healthcare unit under discussion is medium in size with a 300-capacity bed facility, which has been operational for 10 years. The unit has 3 doctors, 10 nurses, and 2 clinical officers. The managerial team comprises of six members of the board. The current turnover regarding the staff stands at 15%, while that of the ancillary staff is at 5%. The current problem is understaffing of the doctors and low-quality services. When creating the organization’s dashboard relative to the healthcare service delivery, there is a need for the dashboard to be easily readable and remain succinct. The indicators such as the volume metrics, revenue leakage, utilization, quality and financial metrics should be integrated into an automated system, which will always give indications whenever there is a failure or success.
