Azerbaijan one choice is to penetrate into transitional world economy with its growth, which led to Turkey-Azerbaijan cooperation in the energy production. This paper addresses the economic relationship between Turkey and Azerbaijan as well as discussing the major trends of energy contribution relations in both countries. It will evaluate the natural gas and the rich oil investments and its impacts in the two countries. Introduction Since the gain of Azerbaijan independence in 18th of October 1991, it has managed to strike a balance on economic and political relations in the region. Its geographical location has largely contributed to this transition into the world’s economy in terms of financing and developments. Revenues from this remarkable economic growth rate and the crude oil exports, Azerbaijan was hard hit by the latest global drop in oil prices and this has painfully affected her economic changes.

Alternatively, the government has tried to employ new ways of addressing this economic disaster through other non-oil sectors.
