Camosun innovates redesigns or reengineers equipment by integrating new technology ("Camosun Innovates - Camosun College", 2018). For example, they invented kiteboarding for the ocean radio. The organization also hopes to get a 1. 3 million CFI grant for the project of making a glass fibre or carbon fibre. The organization has a good reputation for the college’s impact is not just to provide skilled graduates but it also provides employment to the community for its classroom success and the quality learning experience that it offers. Finally, the organization uses email marketing to reach to potential customers and inform them about their services and how to enroll. The promotion efforts that worked for Camosun Innovation were training forums, conventions and videos. This is because they allowed the organization to differentiate its services from the competition and increase visibility hence making more people interested in the institution.

Email marketing and pull strategy did not work due to the fact that they are not targeted to the right people. Legal issues Camosun Innovation is required to avoid promoting services that it does not provide to prevent legal battles with dissatisfied customers (Sun, 2018). Camosun is required to adhere to the tax issues that affect educational organizations and analyze the effect of public policy (Sun, 2018). These issues include scholarships, charitable contributions, and the issues of corporate sponsorships. The organization must ensure that the legal formalities are also in place. This means that it has to choose the right legal structure to suit them in all circumstances. The legal department must always be prepared to handle discrimination cases that emerge in the organization (Sun, 2018).
