All products of Jamba are manufactured from natural ingredients which are of high quality from fresh daily. Currently, many of our Jamba restaurants are situated in United States of America; however, after performing a very considerable research, Jamba Juice is ready and is aiming to derive its success more at global level. We project to take the first step in this venture by opening a Jamba Juice abroad in Germany located particularly in the capital city of Germany which is Berlin. We are planning to locate it in Mall of Berlin which is the largest mall in Berlin. In relation to the research which we conducted, the current trends of economic and social demographics of Germany makes a perfect place for Jamba Juice to advance in a great way.

The planned opening date of global Jamba Juice is 1st July 2018. This will enable us to use in maximum the traffic of economy in Berlin. We plan to be utilizing social media platforms such as internet, television, and radio throughout Germany. Employing social media as one of our advertising platform it will increase awareness of Jamba Juice brand to many people, it will also improve the loyalty of the Jamba Juice brand and establish its authority to the customers. However, we are aware of several disadvantages which we will be faced with as we utilize this platform such as lack of connection with the consumer’s emotion, it usually decreases face of face communication with the audience, and it also facilitates laziness of the sales marketers.

Jamba Juice was introduced by Kirk Perron in San Obispo, California in 1990; Jamba Juice was called Juice Club originally. Kirk made a decision to enlarge his solidarity smoothie store by sanctioning in 1994. In 1995 he wanted to make a great distinction between his smoothie stores from other restaurants which were offering the same product. He aimed in ensuring that his store was the best in offering high quality, festive and hipper products. Kirk choose the name “Jamba” which literally means “to celebrate” in Kiswahili Currently the headquarters of Jamba Juice is in San Francisco, California. Mall of Berlin is widely recognized to offer various shopping and a food court. This proposed site is an accurate foundation to develop Jamba Juice all over Germany and ensure that our brand store is known globally.

Germany has been a member of World Trade organization since 1st Jan 1995. The World Trade Organization is a global organization which deals with trading rules among nations of the earth. The agreements of WTO are usually negotiated and signed by the majority of trading nations in the world and approved by the parliaments of these nations. Germany has laws which fully protect the rights of properties whether they belong to its citizens of foreigners. IV. Economic information of the importance of Jamba Juice Germany has been passed to be 4th largest economic nation globally. In 2017 Germany was accounted to offer 25 percent economy in Europe. It relies more in exports which are supplied globally. In Germany, it is the responsibility of federal states to control and inspect food.

They have several ministries which monitor programs of food inspection and veterinary offices which are in both urban and rural areas. These agencies have bureaucratic procedures and regulation procedures which can be very challenging for those companies which endeavor to start a business and it needs a close attention by exporters from US. There are safety standards which are so complex, which makes it hard for many US products to venture in the market, and this calls for those who are wishing to start a business in Germany or in any area in the world to investigate and know which rules to apply so that their products will be certified after being tested (Dehousse, 249). This is because our type of beverages and meal do not have any ingredient which is not accepted by Germans maybe those foreigners who have come to travel there. For the language we will ensure that we employ native Germans so that there can be no language barrier between our employees and the customers, we will also incorporate those who understands all languages because Berlin is a Metropolitan City. VII. Geographic and demographic information It is approximated that 6 million people live in Berlin City; it is the largest city in Germany having a total of 49. 4% males and 50. Even though they have been recommended by many consumers for their fast service they do not serve special beverages, unlike Jamba Juices which are very tasty and of high quality the coffee and tea there is tasteless.

Bombay Xpress is known for its Indian foods which are very fatty. For Jamba Juices aims in providing food which are of high quality and nutritious in nature, especially by offering wide variety of healthy smoothies. The Jamba Juice will have wide edge of competition from those consumers who are seeking for those foods which are highly nutritious and are adding something positive to their health. Having advertised very well as a new American restaurant have been opened, this will, in turn, attract many consumers to the restaurant. Having this in mind it will be suitable for our target group ranging 15-45 years old persons. The primary target market which we are focusing on most is ages 15-30 and the secondary market objective is those consumers who are aged 30-45 years old.

This target market range will consist of all consumers from upper and middle-class age demographic. Our brand will also utilize the fact that many young adults enjoy that food which is nutritious to their bodies. They are also known to buy the Americans products in high volume. The mall consists of 4 flours offering an area of 76,000 square meters and from these four flours, one is able to view clearly that not everything that can be satisfied within the Mall. On the ground floor, there is an ample parking which has approximate 1000 parking spaces available. On the first flour, it is where accessories of fashions and clothes are sold, in second flour it is dedicated to shoes and also there is a large court of food and a kid’s area.

We are planning to locate Jamba Juice specifically in second floor of the mall of Berlin. When we open the business in second floor, we will target those consumers who comes to do their shopping in first, second floor and also those who brings their children for recreation in the Mall. The globally representative operators will travel in Germany in order to conduct the hiring process where they will perform interviews to those interested individuals who are qualified and select those people who are highly experienced, have knowledge and skills which will be necessary for a position in Jamba Juice team. This hiring team will be the final in making choicest employees; they will conduct training and orientate those who are chosen on how to perform their tasks within Jamba Juice restaurant.

They will also assign them particular areas where they will be working the most important position being the General Manager. Apart from the General Manager Position, there will also be other three vital positions in Jamba juice restaurant, these includes a cook, shift leader, and a cashier. General Managers will be responsible of all operations which take place in the restaurant which includes interacting and contraction those suppliers who have been selected to be supplying products in Jamba Juice restaurant. They must be able to relate well with various customers who come in the restaurant, communicate with them in a very accommodating way and also ensure that they are able to remain strong even when there are conditions which are stressing within the restaurant.

XI. Services and products which has been proposed. Various types of drinks, smoothies, and salads will be provided in Jamba Juice. Some products which are loved by many customers include strawberries, banana berry, and peach pleasure. We are planning to utilize Blacklane transportation Company to transport our goods. Reducing the time which goods stay in the truck will ensure that the goods are received when they are flesh in the restaurant. The cost which is involved in transporting goods using Blacklane transportation Company is very low but the time used by truck is more than utilizing air transport. XIII. Proposed Strategies The promotional program which have been proposed Because Jamba Juice is not widely known in Germany, we have planned a market strategy which will publicize the brand name of Jamba Juice to all consumers within Berlin and also all parts of the nation.

For the firm to yield success, there have to be a good plan put in place. For success to be achieved there must be high quality of services produced, good relationship with customer and staff, conducive working environment just to mention a few. Since success is the main aim of each and every business, we can come up with a plan to show if the firm is becoming successful and it will include the following measures. Firstly, is by preparing financial statements at the end of a business year. XV. Ethics and success When measuring the profit margin of Jamba Juice restaurant we are planning to be using the combination of financial and social contributions which have been made in the community. The profit which we will make within first 5 years we will not consider it as success because many customers will not have known about our Jamba Juice but the profit made for 10 years we will regard it as major profit, this is because many customers will be aware of the restaurant and will be purchasing our products every now and then.
