There are however several competitors within the market like The Solar Enterprises Inc. and Power Logistics Co. It is therefore crucial for the company to be differentiated from its rivals. Product Solar Power Solution Corporation will be offering solar panel for commercial companies and residential home. Photovoltaic Solar Panels, which is used in the generation of electricity, will be manufactured under contractual agreement with the best manufacturer and exporter of the solar panel from Germany. The lease on products will mean that the company will have approximately 75% of the market share in the next half a decade offering the customers with high quality, reliable and maintenance free solar lighting system. Weakness The Company has been in operation for nearly six months, in which it has managed to cover significant research about the region and the market.
The use of borrowed expertise and technology is one of the weaknesses as it will reduce some of the revenue to be generated. Also, despite most people and businesses having the pressure to shift from the costly electricity to a more affordable solar energy, most of them believe that it will be costly and labor intensive process to shift to solar as they will have to lay their connections afresh. it will therefore be a relatively hard task to convince the people shift to solar technology as they may not support the idea. Owing to the current situation involving high cost of electricity in the state, the company is positive that homeowners are going to gravitate to our new system. The second category comprising of commercial businesses tend to give a lot of attention to their corporate social responsibility.
With the appropriate approach, they will undoubtedly want to have a reliable supply of clean electricity to their organizations which comes with an advantage of a more disposal capital on the acquisition of a solar system. The investment of the company is expected to grow by 39% over the next half a decade for the residential customers, while the commercial market is expected to generate an overall return increase by 10%. The revenue generated within the period will be enough to enable us have a huge market share of customers and be able to operate without the need to outsource the German tech and expertise. Mini-Appendix A lease: consumers will have to pay a certain fixed amount every month for a certain period with a guarantee reliable electricity production.
