The industry has created a website where it advertises and sells its coffee products to the consumers. Resources and capabilities: The coffee company, to better its produce, it requires most beneficial resources such as the plant and equipment like proper and modern farm tools that are fast, it also need technical expertise and company core technical competencies, the person's leadership abilities such as how to set direction and lastly it needs organizational personality in order to improve its innovation and speed so as to increase the productivity and profitability of the coffee company.
