Reflection on Disruptive Change

I have come to apprehend that change does not occur only during a climactic moment, but can also happen as a result of simple changes in a person’s life. Thus, this paper will reflect on my personal change that involves cutting all my connections and communication with all my elementary school friends and how I handled the change. Also, the paper will reflect on the case of a friend that I have witnessed solve a personal change and the qualities demonstrated in the process. Well, I had many friends while in elementary school since my class involved a small group of students and we moved through to Grade 8 together. This made me bond with most of my classmates as well as students from other classes that seemed to be involved in school activities like me.
